Early alert uses in ground loop technology to warn pedestrians that forklifts are operating within their workspace. The system is used to warn pedestrians that a forklift is approaching a blind intersection or entering a doorway, it can be further linked to pedestrian gates that will magnetically lock as a forklift approaches so the pedestrian can't enter the intersection.
